- Show photos of your floral vision and ideas
- Show photos of your dress ( this shows your personal style and look of wedding)
- Get something in writing, if you don't know the florist, get something in writing when time to book and pay deposit
- Book your florist 6 months to one year before wedding
- Sign a contract stating the refund policy or cancellation policy
- Get receipts for deposits and payments
- Know your date is booked (contract should state your date)
- Dont be pressured into booking on the spot
- Make sure the florist knows what kind of substitutes are available if another flower isn't and make sure you like the substitute
